Bright red and white UFO moving at medium speed, then hovering and changing directions before disappearing.

Saw bright red and white UFO very close, flew East then stopped for a few seconds above us, then changed directions and sped opposite direction, west.

Very bright red and white solid lights side by side, no sound.

It was almost dark, appeared as soon as the brightest stars were visible.

This is the second one we have seen this month.
