Characteristics: Lights on object, Possible abduction, Marks found on body afterwards

Yellow light in sky, followed by creatures in my bedroom.

Saw a yellow light in sky coming from the North around 12:30 am from my kitchen window.

Went to sleep and awoke around 1AM. Saw a ball of light in the bedroom change into several hooded creatures who had grey skin.

I saw no more and blacked out.

The next morning I had unexplained scratches and bruises on my arms and back, along with a nosebleed.
