bright object changing colors and moving like no airplane or helicopter

My wife, friend and myself were sitting on the patio of my condo when we saw bright white light sitting in one place. Object seemed to be moving in a weird motion upward, downward left and right in a weird very fast motion.object changed colors went from bright shining light to bright red then green.. was not moving much but when it did it was moving like no plane or helicopter could. I have a recorded proof of that event on my phone too.
