Flashing light SW of Fort Walton Beach

About 250 degrees SSW of Fort Walton Beach, FL, about 25 degree above horizon there were flashing light Blue, Green, White, Red rapidly flashing for about 15 minutes.

Lights flashed but never moved.

Turned to talk to ex-cop and it was gone.

I did get some poor quality pictures to far away.

I was staying at a beach condo
