NUFORC Sighting 107931

Light travelling horizontally then shooting upwards in a flash.
Travelling West to North was what I first thought a satellite.
However, I noticed the dot of light showed speed fluctuations and an acute curve of trajectory that made it look more like a controlled craft of some sort.
This travelling must have lasted around 2 minutes before it started flaring/blinking twice in succession, for a total of three times.
It then shot upwards in a streak and disappeared.
Definitely my most convincing sighting to date.
