Saucer Shaped Object Seen Near George Washington Bridge NYC

I was driving back to CT and about 1 mile from the George Washington Bridge in NYC.

I looked up while I was idling in heavy traffic.

To my left I saw a perfect flying saucer shaped object, wobbling and rotating to the left of my passenger side. It was very high up but could be seen plainly as a "classic" flying saucer.

I watched it for about a minute as I idled in traffic that was standing still for quite awhile. I continued to watch it over a 2-3 minute period, it just kept hovering and wobbling and rotating.

As I drove forward about 5 MPH for abit, I was able to continue to watch it. It stayed in the same area the whole time, hovering and spinning. It was slate grey color. I noticed typical aircraft, jets, etc. flying toward or away from one of the airports...this saucer object was much lower than the aircraft I saw in their flight pattern. The object was possibly 200 feet above the highway.
