white round object followed by 2 fighter jets

Heard fighter jets running maneuvers looked up in sky spotted a white round object running through the clouds in a west to south direction with 2 fighter jets circling maneuvers following behind weird !!!

The white object stayed in the clouds but was easy to see it moving also was obvious the jets were following.

Felt weirdly sick last night dizzy ,just strange related to this sighting ??? Unsure
