|10 orange and grey teardrop shaped lights flew silently and swiftly over head and then disappeared
I was driving back from Wenham at a little after 8 and about 1/4 mile before the H-W train station when i looked but and saw a semi circular grouping of 10 orangish lights. They dimmed and glowed repeatedly, were sort of fuzzy tear drop shapes, very orange at the center and sort of a ghosty gray/blue surrounding. They did a little swing around and formed a curved line and moved over very smoothly, with no sound, towards the north east. I can't tell how high they were because there was no identifiable object against which to compare them, though i don't think they were that high (maybe 1000 feet?). They were well spread apart, a good few 100 feet i'd say, and were in absolute unison once they made their line. Then 6 of them disappeared, just winked out. I pulled into the fire station parking lot to watch. The remaining four kept moving NE and then they disappeared one by one. It wasn't as if they dimmed towards the horizon; even though it was dark, I had a sense of the horizon and it was before that. And they didn't dim out... they just disappeared. And then there was a final one that came after the others had gone and it flew overhead going NE, then it also 'disappeared.' I wondered if it was a drone test, but i don't think there's a base nearby (though who knows), they were silent, and i think drones are supposed to fly without any sort of light... certainly none like those that i've heard of. And they flew so smoothly and fast. Very very strange!
