Large light appeared over Watts Bar Lake.

Light got bigger and become vertical oblong.

Light was stationary for 3 minutes. Then shot up 10,000 ft.

Then light shot across sky traveling east to west very fast. Two lights were on underside. One clear & one small blue light.

We suspect that the event was an evening sighting, not a morning sighting, but we have no way to confirm that suspicion. We have changed the time above. PD
