Fast bright blue and red light moving east to west.

Friday night november 1st 2013. Shillington, Pennsylvania. Around 11:45pm a bright blue light came streaking out of the east, headed west at a high rate of speed.

Once overhead the color changed to red and then shimmering to blue and back to red. The object seemed to pause over the western horizon, moved sharply to the north then just as fast moved back towards the south.

Paused again then danced back and forth side to side. Then shot straight up into the sky, but seemed to never go higher than the clouds, it was partly cloudy with ceiling of around 6,000 feet.

After about 8 minutes the object dropped below the horizon. 5 minutes later one of 4 witnesses spotted it again. This time it appeared to move faster and stop on a dime.

It never moved back towards the east, it stayed on the western horizon for another 3 to 5 min, and then was no longer in sight. No sound.
