|While waiting for a bus in downtown Bellingham, I spotted a large light moving very slowly above Bellingham Bay. The light was 1/3rd the size of the Full Moon.
Two people in a car near me exited to get a better look.
The light grew smaller and moved farther westward across the bay where it remained above the mountains for almost an hour.
It was much brighter than a star or planet. The light was very bright and yellowish and white.
