One brightly blue, red white condensed light moving silently and too slowly to be a plane moving north then west.

One bright steady condensed colored lights moving very slowly north from Topsham to Litchfield. Clear moonlit night, no sound, yet. Too far to detect shape. Moving too slow to be a plane. Changed direction west.
