At 3:30am, looked out in the sky seen an air plane passing by.. unknown object floating along my right side view gradually shining brighter than the north star.

I called the non-emergency #, reported an interesing strobe of flashing lights in the sky.

Located northeastern of my location. I couldn't tell you what kind of shape it is..its very distant.

itS about 4:30am, it seems to move each hour.
