bright orange light looked like fireball

The sky was clear and i noticed a bright orange light flying fast through the sky,it looked like a fireball.it then slowed down and looked more like a sphere moving slower now and began to flicker,it even hovered for less then a second and eventually disappered.all of this happened within 2-3 seconds.almost one hour later i saw the same exact thing. so i waited one more hour and it happened again.all three times there was no noise to it.all three times it did the same thing.
