While driving past Gulf Beach on our way home a cluster of orangish lights caught our eye. While stopping and watching, we saw these "lights" form various formations as well as fade in and out and move from side to side. One in particular seemed to stay in one spot. At times, these lights went from 1 to 2 visible to 6 to 8 visible. We watched for a good 45 minutes...not sure how to explain this!
