3 white flashing lights moving east then west twice and disappeared in the western sky.

3 flashing lights moving across the sky. Started out in a triangle formation. Went across the in the south sky, moved east then west, approx 3 miles, both ways. The three lights flashed 3 times, not at the same time, then disappear for a second then flash again. This was not a continuous flashing light like an airplane. The lights moved east to west 2 times then disappeared in the west. The lights moved relatively fast and there was no sound.
