Possible satellite - white light that flares up and then always blacks out.- no sound- traveling from South to North

whitish light or reflecting light moving from South to North.

Flares up quite brite then blacks out.

Have seen this same? for several years now-possible satellite reflecting either the sun or? Always the same exact characteristic of flaring up and then blacking out.
