Circular object with singular, non blinking, reddish-orange light at front end.

Circular object. Looked like bottom of a tin can. Had a single reddish-orange light that was solid, not blinking. Was headed in northward direction. Light was on north side. It was partly cloudy and I was able to make out the shape as I passed through the clouds. I think I saw it again a half hour later, going same direction but further east of my location.
