Formation of disks decending behind trees w/multiple witnesses

While in elementry school during recess looking to the south, saw a formation of disk shaped saucers approximately 4 or 5, one on top of the other with space between decending behind trees. Other students saw the objects and there was a buzz at the school that day with regards to the sighting. After that day nothing was ever mentioned again.
