low flying silent triangular shape with green and white lights

Low flying triangle shaped craft traveling west at a low rate of speed over the city of Wagoner, OK. Craft had a large white light at forward flying section and two smaller green pulsating lights at the other two points of the triangular craft. Flying very low and directly overhead the craft emitted no sound coming or going.
