Silent , extremely bright , blueish hue and trail . No shape

I was on my back deck smoking and looked up and saw a very bright blueish white object moving in a straight line , about the speed of a plane. No noise . I yelled for my 10 yr old son to come see , it took him about 5 seconds to get to me and look and it immediately and very slowly dimmed, then a couple seconds later , totally vanished. It had a blueish hue and left a blue trail behind it . It was moving way to slow to be a meteor , and had no flashing FCC lights or shape .
