small bright white flash light with bluish tint rays to it.

The light lit up roughly and it was an even lighting which means it happened quickly from one source with slight moment.

The light was a bright white more LED fashion and had almost a bluish tint with rays to it, something like a welding arc which can't be seen for too long and my immediate reflex because of brightness is my eyes got closed and its gone as if nothing has happened!
