bright stobeing light

On satuday nite march 17 going in to sunday march 18. at 15:00.

i was looking out the door and iam allways looking in the sky.

and the object was really high in the sky but it looked driffrent not a star it was strobeing bright white, red, and it was hovering so i got out my binoculars and zoomed in and it kinda looked cigar shape.

and it was no helicopter because how high it was. it was there for like a half hour and it went away and my mom saw it also
