Two bright lights emitting red and blue beams, stationary for long period of time.

Two bright lights sitting stationary, largest giving off a subtle blue and red light. Appears to be a star shape. One light is slightly larger than the other. A family of four, mother, father, son, and daughter, watching television and interrupted by a sudden glimpse of the two bright "lights."
