Lights in the sky - hunting opener - Kabetogama, MN

This was the morning of Minnesota’s hunting opener. I was out in the stand around 5:00am Saturday morning. The sky was crazy clear that day. I made my way out to the deer stand. Once I got there I opened a can of pop and sat back in my chair. Started to stare into the sky. I was looking for the few constellations that I knew (example: Orion, big dipper, little dipper) just trying to pass the time. I happened to notice there was quite a few extra stars than normal around these constellations. Then things got weird. I started to notice a few of them moving. Then some more started moving and then more. There was a ton of them! Just one solid light could be seen. Some moving in a straight line others were zipping in and out and around the others. One came screaming across the sky and stopped at a dead halt. These were definitely not comets or asteroids, too high for planes or helicopters. Silent, they were too high to hear any sort of engines running. I left the! deer stand around 7am. As the sun started to come up it became harder and harder to see the lights in the sky. My buddies kid was hunting with us. He had mentioned seeing something when we got back to the house. At first I wasn’t going to say anything until he mentioned it. I didn’t want anyone thinking I was crazy. If I had to put a number on it? I would say there was about 20+ objects in the sky that morning. The next few days the sky was too cloudy to see anything in the sky. I wish I would have had a decent camera to have videotaped this sitting. My buddies girlfriend who live up there says people see things like that in the sky all of the time.
