Blue object, translucent, no sound

Was just after dusk, cloudy, seen a blue flash above me in car. Object was in a downward motion then stopped in air.

No sound from craft, it backed up at what seemed to be same rate I was traveling. I took a pic with my cell phone.

Then the object took off faster then anything I have seen before. I was traveling south. Object entered view from south and left headed north. Object was blue in color and translucent.
