|Yellow orange spheres withnessed by audience leaving Cowtown rodeo, Pilesgrove, NJ.
When leaving the Cowtown Rodeo grounds after the event on 9/17/2011 at approximately 10:30, my husband and I, along with others leaving the grounds at that time stopped and withnessed a line of circular orange/yellow lights moving across the sky. They seemed to be travelling in intervals, spread across the horizon. People were joking that it was just like Tanglewood (which I do not watch). They moved quickly, looked like strung up party lights, but the color was definitely different than an airplane. There was a plane or chopper that pealed off from the yellow/orange lights and it was definitely a differnt color - much whiter. I was unable to photograph these shapes, but did look at them through binoculars (8 x 10 Nikkons). I could not discern any distinct shape. This line of lights were were travelling south west and there were between 20 and 25 of them. There was some guessing that it was a night hot air balloon race, but I have not turned anything ! up which would support this. The observers of this event were of various backgrounds, from high school to my husband's masters degree. Career paths of the groups would rangs from farmers to professionals. I, myself, work part-time at my local police department.
