Bright Blue Fork Shaped object with flames.

It was a Fork ended shaped with Round tip object Glowing Bright Blue around it. With Red and Orange streaks (like flames) Seperate on each pointed end. moved Quickly through the sky lower than Airplane altitude before vanishing.
