I saw 3 lights in the form a triangle and it was flying very low and slow,

I was walking down the road to go home and every dog on the street was barking.

I heard a very low flying object and I thought it was an airplane. When I looked up I saw 3 lights in the form of a triangle, so I got my phone out to try to take a picture and nothing would show up.

It lasted for about 10 seconds and it was gone.
