it went underwater eventually, it was black,and seemed to have something on its back, cell phone signal was temporarily lost.

a flying huminoid over the mississippi river.

gradually flew, hovered and lowered it self into the river and went up and down in the river before submerging.

we watched it from a road,

it seemed to slow down and speed up as it pleased.
