I had just gotten home about 21:40 sunday feb.20 . i had a few words with my brother. and i got a little angry and decided i was going to jump in m truck n just drive off for a while.

I got my keys n walked out the door towards my truck and immeiately noticed strange lights in the sky.i then just forgot about being angry and called my brother to come out to see the lights that seemed to be coming in our direction.

When i first saw the lights there were three one seemed to be inthe front followed by two in close proximity to each other.

As my brother was coming out of the house the leading light seemed to turn towards the south and seemed to fade at the same time and just disapeard. but as it started to turn and fade a fourth light appeared just to the left of the second and third lights my brother saw three lights but not the first one. they allseemed to follow each other in a slow movement.

To me ithink they may have looked like some kind of flair. also the direction they were at was towards the otay airpot / "brown field" , but having lived here most of my life i know planes ddont fly in that pattern or altitude. the lights were a yellowish to amber in color and they just disappeared.

My brother snaped a couple of shots blindly with his digital photo camera he could not see anything on the screen as he aimed so i told him to just snap as he pointed towards the lights.
