3 orange lights in a triangular form followed by one more

My girlfriend and I saw three orange lights in a triangular pattern flying south west at a constant high rate of speed followed by one more light.

The crafts had a central orange light with a brighter glow on the back.

30 minutes after the sighting I discovered that two of my other friends had seen the lights.
