Flashing floating light over the Atlantic

Laying in bed I noticed a flashing light over the Atlantic. It was in view for about 2 minutes and disappeared and returned A few seconds later and appeared to be floating around this time for about 13 minutes. The flashing light seemed to float in a slow pattern.
