Students capture UFO shooting light beam on phone camera

Saw one flying object that appeared to have a dome shape on the bottom, along with a triangular shape on the bottom as well. The top was shaded or turned away. It was hovering when I noticed it, so took out my phone camera to take a photo.

It seemed to fire a beam of light twice, the second of which was captured in my photo.

I took another picture as it was flying away.

I did not hear any sounds coming from it.
