Four orange/red flare like objects flying across Seattle

Facing west four equally spaced orange/red glowing objects rose out of the W/NW heading East then turning South were cited from Capitol Hill. The objects appeared to be like flares, travelling slowly, but all following the same flight path. There were no flashing lights, just a steady glow.
