V shaped glowing mist moving fast over star-lit sky

While sitting in the hot tub on March 16, 2010, my husband and I saw a strange mist shaped in a “V” gliding through the sky and appeared be glowing white the bottom and approximately 700 feet above us. I watched it sort of dive downward and then I couldn’t see it anymore
