A silver shiny cigar shaped object hovering 300 ft above the ground in Paso Robles.

I was driving on CA-46 when I was blinded by something in the sky. I looked up and saw a silver shiny cigar shaped object hovering 300 ft above the ground. It then turned over and disappeared.
