| Around 9:20 we saw a really bright light in the sky at first we thought it was an airplane but it didn't have red blinking lights and it was flighting way to high to be a plane it was in the second or third layer of the atmosphere. I saw it as a bright white light with a ring around it like the moons. As it went across the sky it was getting smaller and smaller then it turned orange and vanished i never saw anything like it wasn't a comet or star because had no trail after it.
