Object in the sky that was in a stationary position for 10 minutes before disapearing

At 10:00 in the morning while I was pouring cement I looked up to see what type of plane was flying over & I noticed a Silver colored object in a stationary position that stayed in the same area without moving for approx 10 minutes. I tried to take a picture but it was to far away to show up.
