RE: Surry County Nuclear Power Plant Sighting/Goodyear Blimp

On Wednesday May 14, my wife and I were traveling South on I-95 and saw the Goodyear Blimp a few miles North of Richmond Virginia. It was between noon and 1pm and traveling in a Northerly Direction.
