i was ouside in the street walking to my car when the ground lighted up all around my i looked up and seen a ufo i could see it was saucer shape and was mad out of large gray pannels with 4 large rivits in each corner in the middle was square different color lights it moved slow to the right then took of very fast without making any noise it looked very man made but it took off into the stars later that night it was on the philadelphia news and in the paper the next day i have never reported this story to anyone until now thanks for your time.
