Cigar shaped ufo hovering over St. marys pa then shot across sky about 1975

I was 8 years old at the time, waiting for the school bus. To this day I still wonder what it was. I thought of it as "hotdog" shaped. It just hovered for seconds and then shot across the sky and gone.
