I saw four bright blue lights that hovered and zig zagged.

I was driving along the freeway and looked out the window and saw four perfectly aligned bright blue lights (aligned horizontally) that were glowing. they began hovering, then they began to zig zag and float in the opposite direction over a shopping center then zoom off and vanish.
