| round black object in sky over green bay aprox. 11:30am heading north on Military ave. I was on my way to work when i noticed a dark object in the sky. It seemed to be perfectly round with a white/lighted center. I managed to get to a red light, which gave me a few more moments to observe this thing. It didn't seem to move much. It was a very windy morning, so thoughts of skydivers or weather balloons wern't likley. As i was coming up on my turn into the parking lot, the object was gone.
