Triangular-shaped metallic object ,several flashing lights on craft, 4 large lights (rear under-belly), flying low just above trees.

Saw one triangular shaped craft, with several lights throughout the craft and 4 large lights on the rear end, just over some trees near the hwy., hovering low enough to see the belly of the craft. Lights were sporadic. Seen near military base.
