| Brown out forced us outside to seek relife from heat. Total darkenss. Sphere traveling very fast from east to west, low in the horizon. with blue and white lights appears to be laser like emitting. It happand so fast I ask my wife if she saw it just as she was asking me what that was. very weird. not an aircraft or salalite.
