the object was moving and had sound

Me and my mother awoke to a sound at around 4:15 A.M. to a high piched sound that sounded like hovering,and a little bit like a jet.

The object was moving across the sky at around 30 mph. It had an oval shape with a orange with a black center and neon blue out line,also outlined with tiny circles. It stayed for about 30 seconds until it disappeared over the horizon.

the object kind've looked like an ameaba,floating though the sky.
