| we were celebrating my 35th birthday, (having a cookout) and at about 5 PM Eastern Time, myself and 2 other people witnessed a "disk" moving very rapidly towards the ocean, i live near Ft.Meade military Base and thought that it was some type of "military test" but it wasn't.
