I wonder if what i saw was a ufo

I was on my veranda my wife was securing my son in his car seat and i was smoking a cigarette and in the distance an object moving extremely fast caught my eye and it was very luminous at first when i seen it that it was a meteor or falling debris from the sky but it had a round shape and lights just white lights like i said before it was travelling extremely fast,Iwas amazed by the time I told my wife it was already gone.
