Fast Moving Green Light

I had just laid down to go to sleep when a very bright greenish light flooded my bedroom. At first I thought it was a car but then opend my eyes because it did not move for a few seconds. My whole room was lit up by a green light that I had never ever seen before in the 7 years that I have lived there. I few seconds later it jetted across Very fast to my other window and beyond. I have blinds on both windows in my bedroom so I couldn't see what it looked like, but it wasn't natural.
